MHA #13- Very Late Friday Evening
It was a late night for Connor even as the sun was setting and likely most of Fandom was settling down for the night. He was used to the late nights, having always been somewhat of a night owl. And with his first online class at Uni having started, he was already jumping in with both fees. It was a short, fluff 4-week biology review class. But Connor figured it was a good way to jump back into the whole student mindset and persona and get back into the swing of things.
So with a cold soda in hand, his book propped up beside his laptop at the kitchen counter, he was busy working on the first module for the class. On the plate beside him were several leftover slices of the pizza he had made for his and Cutter’s lunch and study session. He, of course, had sent some home with Cutter, but four large pizzas were actually enough to leave them both with some leftovers to enjoy later that evening, it seemed.
Rex was curled up on the couch, sound asleep with Connor’s hoodie still firmly in his possession. Connor chuckled as he watched Rex for a moment then got back to his work. He really hoped it wouldn't take him much longer to finish the module, he had been wanting to play the new video game he had bought over a week ago and hadn’t managed to play at all just yet.
What? He might be going back to Uni, but he still liked to have fun now and then!
